The reviews were mostly used by the support department, but anything that was ticketed in the system could be reviewed.
The tool was designed to be as robust as possible while still being easy to use like a rubric and read like a report card.
Individual items can be weighted if they are more or less important or marked as not applicable / be required as necessary.
